1. Personal data we collect
1.1 Information you give us
  • Enquiry and contact details: name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, city, travel dates, destination, number of travellers and budget, submitted through “Inquire Now” forms, chat, phone, email or social media.
  • Booking details: full names of all travellers, age or date of birth, gender, nationality, address, emergency contact, meal and room preferences, special requests and details needed for accessibility or medical assistance that you choose to share.
  • Identity and travel documents: copies or details of passport, visa, Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID or driving licence, and photographs, where required by airlines, hotels, immigration authorities or tax rules (for example, PAN for TCS on overseas tour packages).
  • Payment information: transaction reference, amount, mode of payment and EMI plan. Card, UPI and bank details are processed directly by our payment gateway and EMI partners; we do not store your full card number or CVV.
  • Reviews and content: testimonials, feedback, photos and videos you send us.

3. Legal basis and consent
